Piazzale della Stazione, 15 Ferrara --- ACTUAL POLICY OF THE QUALITY The actual Policy of the Quality is: For ECOLOGIC ENGINEERING is indispensable to answer with precision and accuracy to the requirements of the Customers about quality of supplied services and keep this standard in the years. The Quality System has the following objectives: be competitive on the market by reference of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 which is request and recognized by market; reach the satisfaction of Customer by the maintenance and improvement of the qualitative standards of the products and the supplied services; organize the Company in order to define the relations between the several functions and organize the different activities. To reach the objectives, the management work to: define yearly a program to improve the Quality, specifying the objectives per area/sector of the Company; monitoring the right application of everything definite into the documentation of Quality System; explain and apply at every levels of the Company the Quality Policy; make available instruments and resources to reach the objectives, given necessary independence and autonomy to resources; create index to measure the state of the "Quality System". back Company - Who We Are
