2.1 GENERALITIES
ECOLOGIC ENGINEERING has defined a Quality System Management to:
  • satisfy the policy of quality and the specified objectives;
  • guarantee to Customers our services are satisfactory their requirements in according to standards and law and to produce the highest benefit;
  • consolidate the inclination to act directly on the cause of the problem, before the effects could be in relief.

    The scope of this Manual is describe the process of Company organization and the principles of management for the quality.
    The Quality Manual want describe the "Company Quality Management" in a clear and right way, record the evolutions and divulge it inside and outside the Company.

    2.2 APPLICATION
    The System is applied to Ecologic Engineering activities and has into Quality Manual the document of description of the "Company Quality Management".

    This document looks to the follow subjects:

  • Company's Management and personnel
  • Company's customers and suppliers
    •

    This Manual gives all the information in the best way; there're the Procedures particularly important for the Company Management of Quality.

    To ECOLOGIC ENGINEERING's personnel, the Manual explains the principles of Quality System, the operative mechanism, the organizing structures, the methodologies and the instruments to use.
    To ECOLOGIC ENGINEERING's Customers the Manual explains which resources and skills are involved to guarantee their greatest satisfaction and excellent levels of the supplied services.

    The System is applied to the activities developed in Ferrara, which are the following:
